  • D14 Biblical Business Academy — D14BBA.com
  • D14 Agency — D14Agency.com
  • D14 fCMO — D14FCMO.com
  • Forever Practice — ForeverPractice.com

Collectively, these may be referred to as the "D14 Services," "Services," "we," "us," or "our." By accessing a website, creating an account, purchasing a product, joining a community, enrolling in a membership or course, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About D14 Biblical Business Academy

D14 Biblical Business Academy ("D14BBA") is a biblical business formation academy created to help Christian business owners and leaders apply the teachings of Jesus to real-world leadership, stewardship, operations, service, growth, planning, and team formation. D14BBA is explicitly Christian in its mission, worldview, teaching, and educational approach. Participation does not require every visitor to hold the same beliefs, but participants are expected to respect the Christian foundation and purpose of the Academy.

2. Relationship Between the D14 Brands

D14BBA is connected to the business and educational work developed through David "D14" DeSchoolmeester and related brands, including D14 Agency, D14 fCMO, and Forever Practice. These brands may share technology platforms, administrative systems, educational resources, customer relationship management systems, payment systems, personnel, intellectual property, and communication systems. A purchase or relationship with one brand does not automatically entitle you to every product, service, membership, or benefit offered by another brand unless expressly stated.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Services, you represent that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, church, ministry, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid membership or enter into a commercial transaction with us unless a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized person has approved the transaction. Certain programs may establish additional eligibility requirements.

5. Educational Purpose

The Services provide educational and informational content concerning biblical business formation, leadership, stewardship, business strategy, marketing, messaging, operations, systems, artificial intelligence, automation, hiring, delegation, growth, team culture, Scripture, and personal reflection. The information is not a substitute for individualized professional advice.

6. No Legal, Tax, Financial, Investment, Medical, or Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, the Services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, individualized financial planning, medical, mental health, emergency pastoral care, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making significant legal, financial, tax, employment, medical, investment, or regulated decisions.

7. No Guarantee of Business or Financial Results

We do not guarantee increased revenue, profit, customers, patients, business growth, successful marketing, successful hiring, improved search rankings, technology outcomes, certification-related employment, business survival, investment returns, or any other specific result. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your decisions, effort, experience, implementation, market, competition, capital, personnel, customer demand, and economic conditions. Testimonials, examples, case studies, demonstrations, and hypothetical scenarios are illustrative only and are not guarantees.

8. Biblical and Theological Content

D14BBA is built around Scripture, especially the parables and teachings of Jesus. The Academy does not replace your local church, pastor, pastoral counseling, theological education, denominational authority, or personal study of Scripture. Participants are encouraged to examine teachings carefully, study Scripture personally, pray, and seek appropriate pastoral or theological guidance.

9. Accounts and Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, avoid improper password sharing, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access if an account is compromised, misused, shared in violation of licensing restrictions, or used in violation of these Terms.

10. Free Community

D14BBA may provide a free community containing orientation materials, public discussion areas, announcements, occasional group discussions, educational resources, and invitations to programs or events. Free access does not guarantee access to paid content. Features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed.

11. Academy Membership

Academy Membership may include digital workbook content, teaching videos, community participation, facilitated group studies, Forever Practice business courses, assignments, homework, quizzes, and an individual certification path. Specific features may change as the Academy develops. Membership provides a limited right to personally access authorized educational materials while the membership remains active and does not transfer ownership of those materials.

12. Business Owner Membership and Coaching

Business Owner Membership may include Academy benefits plus monthly live group business Q&A, advance question submission, private owner discussion areas, possible website or messaging reviews, coaching, and practical group support. It is not unlimited private consulting, emergency business support, guaranteed access to David at a specific time, a promise that every submission will be reviewed, or 24-hour support unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

13. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, your selected payment method may be charged at the beginning of each billing period and the membership may automatically renew until canceled. Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for amounts you have agreed to pay.

14. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership through the method provided in your account, membership platform, or customer-support process. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals, does not normally result in a prorated refund for a billing period already started, and access may continue until the end of the paid period.

15. Pricing and Changes

Prices, membership levels, and included features may change. Promotional, founding-member, grandfathered, scholarship, group, or church pricing may differ. Changes affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated as required by applicable law and the applicable payment platform.

16. Refund Policy

Unless a product page, checkout page, written agreement, or separate refund policy states otherwise:

  • Immediately accessible digital products may be non-refundable once access is provided, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Membership payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law, an incorrect charge occurred, or a specific refund promise applies.
  • Physical products may be subject to a separate return or replacement policy.
  • Products purchased through Amazon or another retailer are governed by that retailer's policies.

17. Church, Group, Team, and Staff Use

Churches and businesses may purchase authorized materials for approved group use. Purchasing physical copies does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, distribute, resell, publish, or create unauthorized digital copies or derivative commercial programs. Unless specifically authorized, one individual account is for one individual user, and individual certification requires individual learner access.

18. Certification

Certification may require completion of lessons, assignments, homework, quizzes, and other learning activities. Certification signifies completion of requirements established by the applicable D14BBA or Forever Practice program. It does not constitute government licensure, professional licensure, academic accreditation, a guarantee of employment, or a guarantee of income.

19. Intellectual Property

All original content made available through the Services may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. Protected materials may include The CEO & The Carpenter, facilitator guides, Forever Practice courses, videos, audio, lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, assessments, presentations, graphics, logos, brand names, frameworks, methods, prompts, software configurations, and written materials.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, record, screen-record, republish, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, upload to another platform, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our materials.

20. Limited License

When you legally purchase or access digital educational materials, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them only for the purposes authorized by the applicable program. No license transfers ownership of intellectual property.

21. Artificial Intelligence Use

You may use ordinary AI tools to help personally understand or organize your own notes, provided you have lawful access to the underlying materials. You may not upload substantial portions of proprietary D14BBA or Forever Practice content to recreate our courses, create a competing product, train a competing commercial AI system, bypass paid access, or redistribute copyrighted content.

22. Community Standards

Participants must not harass, threaten, discriminate unlawfully, distribute pornography, promote violence, impersonate others, distribute malware, conduct scams, spam members, scrape member information, make unauthorized solicitations, or repeatedly disrupt discussions. Healthy disagreement and good-faith theological or business discussion are permitted. We may moderate content to protect the community and its purpose.

23. Self-Promotion and Solicitation

Unless a community area specifically allows it, members may not use D14BBA primarily as a prospecting database. Unauthorized mass direct messaging, unsolicited sales pitches, harvesting contact information, recruiting members into unrelated programs, or repeated outside promotion may result in removal.

24. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By posting content in community areas, you grant us a limited license to display and technically process that content as necessary to operate the Services. You represent that your submissions do not knowingly violate copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or applicable law.

25. Honest Reviews

Nothing in these Terms prohibits you from providing an honest review or expressing a genuine opinion about our products or services.

26. Confidential Information

Information shared in a group call, community, or membership should be treated respectfully, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed without a separate written agreement. Do not disclose trade secrets, patient information, protected health information, passwords, banking credentials, confidential personnel files, privileged communications, or information you are prohibited from sharing.

27. Medical and Patient Information

Do not submit identifiable patient information through ordinary forms, emails, community posts, training assignments, discussion forums, AI tools, or group calls. Nothing in these Terms establishes D14BBA as your HIPAA business associate. Any HIPAA-related arrangement must be governed by a separate appropriate agreement when required.

28. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Services may rely on or link to third-party providers, including Amazon, payment processors, community platforms, course platforms, video platforms, scheduling services, email systems, social networks, and cloud services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independently operated third parties except to the extent required by law.

29. Service Availability and Program Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technology failures, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may update courses, replace outdated lessons, change instructors, add or remove features, modify schedules, update certification requirements, or discontinue programs. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially depriving paid customers of the core benefit purchased without appropriate notice or accommodation.

30. Live Events and Recordings

Some webinars, group studies, Q&A sessions, workshops, coaching sessions, or events may be recorded. When a session is recorded, participants should receive reasonable notice. By participating after notice, your voice, screen name, chat participation, and image, if your camera is active, may appear in the recording.

31. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, account sharing, harassment, piracy, unauthorized distribution, serious misconduct, security abuse, unlawful conduct, or other material violations. Immediate suspension may occur when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or intellectual property.

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, immediate correction of every error, successful application of every strategy, accuracy of community advice, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D14BBA and related entities, owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill. Total liability for a claim relating to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

34. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, unauthorized distribution of our materials, violation of another person's rights, intentional misconduct, or material violation of these Terms.

35. Governing Law and Informal Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally through written notice and reasonable discussion for at least 30 days. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Harrison County, Mississippi.

36. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. The updated date will be displayed at the top of this page. For material changes affecting an existing paid relationship, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required.

37. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the D14BBA Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

38. Electronic Communications

By interacting with us electronically, you agree that notices and communications may be provided electronically where legally permitted, including by email, account notice, website notice, or community notification. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address.

39. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable checkout terms, refund policies, licensing agreements, and signed written agreements, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the Services. A separately signed agreement controls where it directly conflicts with these general Terms.

40. Assignment

You may not transfer an individual membership or account without permission. We may transfer responsibility for these Terms as part of a legitimate corporate reorganization, sale, merger, nonprofit formation, asset transfer, or organizational restructuring, subject to applicable law.

41. Organizational Status

D14BBA is being developed as a mission-first academy. Unless and until nonprofit or tax-exempt status is legally established, purchasing a product or paying membership fees is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation. Future nonprofit status will not automatically make earlier purchases tax-deductible.
